Thank you all for helping. It was set 1 as default in grub.conf. So it was not PAE kernel which has boot the machine. After changing it to 0, it was posible to boot from kernel-PAE. Then it detected all 8GB memory.

timeout=5

Hi,

Naturally the 1st workaround I recall is to install the kernel-PAE and see how
it goes from there. Your output is for the non-PAE kernel. Can you provide
the output when booted from the PAE kernel?

PAE is for 32-bit systems and was available in RHEL/CentOS 5. If you try
an older (i.e.: 3/4) system you'll need the hugemem kernel.

The total memory is shown in BIOS too. But it is not detected to Linux. Additional 4GB is not shown for total memory.
